  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery

  • Eligible Conditions:

    • Product must be unused and in original packaging

    • Must include all accessories and parts

  • Damaged or Wrong Product:
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos for quick resolution.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used or damaged products (not due to transit)

    • Items without original packaging

  • Refunds:

    • Prepaid orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method

    • COD orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Exchange:
    Exchanges are subject to product availability
