Returns, Replacements & Exchange Policy

At SickleClub™, customer satisfaction remains one of our highest operational priorities. We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets our quality standards and customer expectations. However, in the event of any concern regarding the purchased product, customers may initiate a return, replacement, or exchange request subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria outlined below.

Return & Exchange Eligibility Period

Customers may submit a return or exchange request within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of successful delivery of the order. Requests submitted beyond the prescribed timeframe may not be considered eligible for processing under standard return guidelines.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

To qualify for a return, replacement, or exchange, the product must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• The item must remain unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear, usage, modification, damage, or mishandling.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging condition, including labels, tags, accessories, manuals, inserts, and all accompanying components originally supplied with the shipment.

• Any request found to involve incomplete packaging, missing accessories, altered products, or externally damaged items not attributable to transit-related issues may be subject to rejection following internal inspection and verification procedures.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Deliveries

In the event that a customer receives a product that is physically damaged during transit, materially defective, incorrect, or incomplete, the customer is required to notify SickleClub™ within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

To facilitate prompt resolution, customers must provide:

• Clear unedited photographs and/or videos of the received item
• Visible packaging condition
• Shipping label details
• Description of the issue encountered

Failure to provide adequate supporting evidence within the specified reporting timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or compensation review.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Scenarios

The following situations shall generally be considered ineligible for return, refund, or exchange processing:

• Products exhibiting signs of usage, wear, sharpening modifications, rusting due to improper storage, mishandling, or customer-inflicted damage.

• Products returned without original packaging materials, tags, or supplied accessories.

• Requests arising from personal preference changes after order confirmation.

• Minor variations in finish, dimensions, texture, or appearance that may naturally occur due to manufacturing processes, photography lighting, display settings, or handcrafted product characteristics.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds for prepaid transactions shall be processed back to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment gateway channels, banking institutions, or intermediary financial service providers.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, approved refund amounts may be processed through bank transfer, UPI transfer, or store credit mechanisms based on operational feasibility and verification requirements.

Exchange Policy

Product exchanges shall remain subject to stock availability, operational serviceability, and successful quality verification upon receipt of the originally delivered item.

SickleClub™ reserves the right to offer an alternative product, equivalent replacement, partial store credit, or refund at its sole discretion where direct exchange inventory is unavailable.

Inspection & Approval Rights

All returned items undergo internal quality assessment and verification before approval of any refund, replacement, or exchange request. SickleClub™ reserves the right to decline requests that do not comply with the policy terms stated herein.
